Leading with Intention’s founder, Lisa Kramer, has assembled a team of expert coaches and facilitators to help client organizations effectively transition to a coaching culture. The breadth and depth of our experience allows us to understand the unique challenges at each level of an organization, and find solutions that help achieve and sustain growth. Every member of our team is credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and possesses a unique blend of executive coaching, coach training and mentor-coaching expertise in a variety of industries.

Our team embodies the values of the ICF — integrity, excellence, collaboration and respect — in our relationships with one another, with clients and with coaching colleagues and consultants with whom we collaborate on various projects.

Who We Are

Lisa G KramerLisa Kramer PCC is the founder and president of Leading with Intention. Since transitioning to full time coaching in 2002, Lisa has successfully coached business leaders and managers, and she has served as a mentor-coach and coach trainer for hundreds of coaches worldwide. Lisa is an intuitive listener who combines gentle directness and powerful questions that generate new insight and growth.

Her passion for coaching emerged from a successful career in clinical social work and social work education. Lisa is currently on the faculty of the University of Texas at Dallas Master’s Program in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching where she teaches, supervises and assesses both internal and external coaches. She also serves as a leadership coach for MBA students at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Lisa received her master’s degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania and her coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute. She is also a certified Kripalu yoga instructor, an avid cyclist, and she loves all kinds of dancing.

Colleen BrackenColleen Bracken PCC has worked with a wide variety of organizations from small to Fortune 100, from private to nonprofit to government over the span of her 20-year career as an executive coach and leadership consultant. Working with groups and teams, Colleen brings her knowledge of group dynamics, her powerful facilitation technique, and a creative, improvisational style to create a setting that unifies groups into communities, and inspires new levels of commitment, engagement and performance.  Colleen coaches and teaches coaching seminars at the Wharton School of Business. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Rosy combines her training in education, coaching and leadership development with her passion for maximizing individual and team potential. When she is not coaching, Rosy can be found practicing yoga, running in the woods with her dog, or hanging out with her family.
